We’re excited to release NexMedia Web Image Optimiser, a lightweight Windows desktop app designed to make preparing images for websites faster and easier.

The app lets you batch import images, resize them to web-friendly dimensions, convert them to formats such as WebP or PNG, and automatically choose an appropriate compression level based on your target dimensions and file-size limit. It’s designed to reduce the time spent manually processing large batches of client-supplied images while keeping the original files untouched.

The first public release also includes configurable presets, batch selection, local-only image processing, built-in help, release notes, and automatic update checking.

NexMedia Web Image Optimiser 0.1.0 is available now for Windows.
