Exciting Opportunity: Graphic/Web Designer

We are currently in search of a passionate and skillful local Graphic/Web Designer to become a valuable member of our team. If you are a recent university graduate or an HND student residing in the area with relevant qualifications, we encourage you to apply!

This position will initially be offered on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role within 6 months for the right candidate.

Your role will involve:

• Engaging in clear and professional communication with clients via phone calls to discuss progress and updates on ongoing web design projects.
• Conceptualising and developing innovative web design ideas and assets to cater to a wide variety of web projects, ensuring a unique and visually appealing user experience.
• Implementing Umbraco CMS websites by skilfully converting wireframe starter kits into fully-customised, tailor-made designs that effectively represent our clients' vision.
• Collaborating closely with clients to assist in the development and completion of compelling website content, ensuring it aligns with their brand and objectives.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics and visual communication (please send portfolio).
• Proficient in utilising the Adobe suite of products, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, to create engaging and high-quality designs.
• Familiarity with HTML, with a genuine interest in learning and enhancing these skills through provided training, and a strong commitment to continuous development in this area.
• Experience or interest in mastering CSS to customise styling and layouts for various websites in production, with the understanding that training will be provided. A demonstrated passion for elevating your CSS expertise to an advanced level is crucial.
